At Just Cheesecake Outlet, we believe that dessert isn't just a meal's finale—it's an experience to be savored. Founded by Carlos and Elaine, our cheesecakes represent over two decades of perfecting the art of creamy, decadent desserts.
Each cheesecake begins with our signature velvety base, made from locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. We then transform this canvas into eighteen distinct flavor journeys, from classic New York style to bold Southwestern-inspired creations you won't find anywhere else.
THE ORGINAL El Paso Downtown Est. 2023
It's not a cheesecake factory, perse, but an El Paso businessman hopes to fill that void with Just Cheesecake Outlet.
The cheesecake business is part of a new food court type building, Eat Up Market, that was built at 404 Arizona Ave. in Downtown El Paso.
Carlos, owner of Just Cheesecake Outlet, is a former restaurant owner having operated two Chi-town Barbecue places for about four years. One was at Fort Bliss and another one on the East Side on Tierra Este.
"And during that time, cheesecake was one of the items we carried," he said. "Hearing several times whether Cheesecake Factory is coming to El Paso or not ... we just saw it as a good opportunity. We have a good product and we put this together."
Just Cheesecake Outlet offers 10 types of cheesecakes with different toppings including triple chocolate, strawberry, turtle, and Oreo cookies and cream. Customers can also choose from other toppings, such as cherry, peanut butter cup chunks, mini dark chocolate chips, hot fudge and caramel, for a custom slide.
Carlos said he was the first one to sign the lease for a 450-square foot spot because he liked the concept.
